This project is a cryptocurrency tracker that uses React
(https://reactjs.org/) and the Coin Market Cap api
(https://coinmarketcap.com/api/). It hits the api every
ten seconds to see if information has changed, and if it
has, it updates the display.
This project is a tool that allows a user to select which
motorsport racing series they would like to follow, and
then generates a chronological schedule displayed in the
timezone of the user's current location. This application
has a front end made with React.js with Bulma for the
styling, and a RESTful API built with .NET Core and Entity
Framework as well as a PostgreSQL database. The user's
local timezone is guessed client side with Moment
Timezone. The front end is deployed to Netlify, and the
backend is deployed to Heroku via Docker.
I am a full stack web developer currently going through the Academy
at Suncoast Developers Guild. Learning is one of my favorite things
to do, so I find myself perpetually driven to learn the newest and
most effective technologies to get the job done. I have many
personal interests that fit neatly within the tech space, including
but not limited to, development, cyber/information security, DevOps
methodolgies, and more. There is always more to learn, and there is
little that I find more exciting than that.
